Welcome to IHMPQC ! Empty Baptismal certificate stamped " For Marriage purpose only"

Hello

I was hoping if you can assist and point me to the right direction.
I plan to get married in Pampanga where my fiance is from and the church requires my baptismal certificate stamped " For marriage purpose only".
If you can give me an email so i can send my Baptismal certificate to you, that would be great.
I was baptised from this Church 6 May 1982.
